The Manager of Treasury will lead the Company’s cash management activities, cash flow analysis/reporting, banking relationships, risk analysis and regulatory reporting filings. This role collaborates across companies and departments as well as with banking partners and vendors to align strategic initiatives with daily activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
· Direction of global cash management function including cash flow forecasting reports, analysis, and administration of all bank accounts
· Management of BDI’s financial assets, including cash and investment accounts, analysis of credit card and bank fees across all entities
· Overall responsibility for cash flow reporting and disbursement funding to/from the BMA regulator
· Interaction with Accounts Payable area to determine funding needs and cash availability
· Maintain external relationships with financial institutions and investment custodians ensuring a high level of service is provided
· Ensure proper internal controls and segregation of duties are in place
· Manage and timely resolve external and internal clients’ requests related to financial institutions, vendors, Management, and regulator
· Completion of the financial data in the BSCR model ensuring accuracy and completeness of the annual regulatory reporting to the BMA inclusive of CISA, risk register, and governance framework
· Provide Risk and Treasury content for Board/Sr Management presentations
Responsible for the quarterly and annual statutory financial statement preparation with US GAAP financials as source
